At The Rose Garden, we believe in the limitless potential of young adult women and girls. Our mission is to empower female youth to rise above societal challenges, and for our young adult women to break generational cycles of trauma, and build strong, self-affirming identities.

Meet The Founder
Latesha Graham, BS, Human Services, Certified at risk Youth Professional, Founder & Executive Director
As the founder of The Rose Garden, Latesha is a dynamic individual with a clear sense of purpose. Her passion for working with youth and young adult women began in Virginia where she served on the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Human Services board as a volunteer before moving to NC. Her passion for advocating for the empowerment of women comes from her own experiences and the experiences of those close to her. Latesha is a certified at-risk youth professional with a bachelor's degree in human services and working towards her master's degree and QMHP certification at Walden University.
